At Rutvi India, each product is carefully selected and packed to ensure you receive it in perfect condition. As we deal in premium silver-plated gifting and décor products, we follow a strict no return & no refund policy.
No Return / No Refund Policy
All purchases made on our website are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once the order is placed.
Exceptions (Damage or Wrong Product Only)
We understand that issues can occur during shipping. In such cases, we will assist you.
You are eligible for a replacement only if:
- You received a damaged product, or
- You received a wrong item
To claim a replacement:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos and an unboxing video of the product
- Ensure the product is unused and in original packaging
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement (no refund).
Important Guidelines
- Unboxing video is mandatory for any damage claims
- Minor variations in design, color, or finish are normal due to handcrafted nature and are not considered defects
- Slight scratches or marks due to shipping or handling will not be eligible for replacement
- Orders once placed cannot be cancelled
Bulk / B2B Orders
- All bulk orders are non-returnable and non-refundable
- We recommend confirming product details before placing large orders
- For bulk orders, only manufacturing defects (if any) will be considered for replacement
