Do I have to create an account to make a purchase?
While it's not necessary to have an account to shop with us, it can make for a quicker and easier checkout process.

I have forgotten my password, what do I do?
If you've forgotten your password, don't worry! Just click on the "Recover Password" link when logging into your account. We'll send you a link to change your password on your registered email address.


SHIPPING QUERIES

Do you deliver pan-India?
Yes, we deliver across India to all metros and major non-metro cities. We have partnered with reliable logistics providers to ensure safe and timely deliveries. While we strive to prevent delays, certain circumstances may be beyond our control.

What are the general shipping timelines?

  • The preparation timelines for each product are mentioned on the website.
  • Our logistics partners are notified once the order is ready for dispatch.
  • The product is then picked up from our facility and dispatched to the customer location.
  • Standard delivery timelines post-dispatch are 3-4 days.
  • We operate across all days (except Sundays and National Holidays).

How is the shipping cost decided?
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The shipping cost depends on the total order value and delivery location. For more details, please check our Shipping Policy.

How do I track my order?
After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking link. You can use this link to track your order status.


ORDER QUERIES

Can I cancel an order after placing it?
Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting our customer support at +91 96423 61666 or by writing to us at hello@rutviindia.com. For more details, please refer to our Cancellation Policy.

What are made-to-order products?
Some of our products are handcrafted by artisans and take time to create. These made-to-order pieces are crafted only after we receive your order. Your order will be dispatched within 10-12 days from the date of order confirmation.

What is Rutvi’s return policy?
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • The product delivered does not match your order.
  • The size of the product is incorrect.
  • The product is damaged upon delivery.
  • The product is expired or close to expiration (less than 3 months remaining).

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, and the original packaging and tags must remain intact.

Products that do not qualify for returns:

  • Used or altered products.
  • Products with tampered serial numbers or barcodes.
  • Home decor items larger than 1 meter in any dimension or heavier than 10 kg.
